ARE ALL OF THE WATERBIKING CLASSES THE SAME?
We offer a wide array of classes that provide a different experience for all who use it. All of our certified fitness instructors bring different styles and programming to their classes. No two instructors teach alike, so you can enjoy them all and reap the benefits!
HOW MUCH TIME SHOULD I GIVE MYSELF BEFORE CLASS?
We recommend arriving at the studio 10-15 minutes before your class. This way you’ll have time to check in, rinse off, and get your equipment set up. Oh, and of course, to chat with your classmates before the wet and wild fun begins.
WHAT IF I’M RUNNING LATE?
If you’re running late, it always helps to call the studio and let the front desk know. At 4 minutes to class, we give any “no-show” bikes to guests on our waiting list. If the class isn’t sold out, we allow latecomers to grab a bike in the class up to 10 minutes after the start time; any later than that and the class credit will be forfeited.
DO YOU HAVE SHOWERS?
Among our many amenities, we have private and community showers equipped with all the essentials so you can always plan on heading straight to work or happy hour.
WHAT KIND OF MUSIC IS IT?
Our instructors manage their playlists so each class has a diverse array of up beat music to keep you motivated. Expect upbeat hits from all genres and decades. If you’re looking for something in particular, keep your eyes peeled for themed classes. Always feel free to shoot a song request to your favorite instructor; you never know, it could be played in your next class!
IS THE POOL HEATED?
The pool is temperature-regulated to keep you cool enough to push through those sprints, but comfortable enough so you can dive right in and get to work. Our heated pool is what makes us unique, it’s kept and maintained at a consistent temperature to maximize the benefits of working out in the water!
WHAT DO I BRING?
You can bring your own aquatic safe water shoes or water socks and a towel. Water shoes are also available for rental ($2) or for purchase ($20). The studio provides water shoes complimentary for your trial lesson. We also recommend bringing a water bottle and a good attitude that’s ready for aquatic fun.
WHAT DO I WEAR?
Comfortable clothes that are made to get wet. You can wear your favorite swimsuit or sports attire, whatever you feel best in. We want you to be focused on your ride, not adjusting your workout wear. Basically the only thing that’s not advised is anything that ties; all other suits or clothing are acceptable.
IS IT SUITABLE FOR EVERY DAY?
You bet! Because these workouts are low impact, daily practice is not only safe but recommend. Thanks to hydrostatic pressure you’ll be able to shape and tone your body without sore joints or aching muscles.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We want everyone to have the chance to get on a bike. To do that, we ask that you cancel your class 24 hour in advance to receive a full refund. Any cancellations after that window will not be credited to your bank account.
CAN I SHARE CLASS PACKAGES/MEMBERSHIPS?
Memberships are sold on an individual basis for member use, however, the Class Packs can be linked or transferred over to another person for use.
CAN I JUST DROP-IN?
Of course! We love it when you have time to swing in for a last-minute class. If you arrive and there’s a waiting list, you’ll be added to the list. You can deduct it from your account or purchase a single class when you get in the studio. Evening and weekend classes tend to be a hit, so we do recommend signing up for those in advance.
