ARE ALL OF THE WATERBIKING CLASSES THE SAME?
We have an amazing staff of WaterBiking instructors, each which their own personal flair that they bring into the class. No two instructors teach alike, so we guess you’ll have to try them all!
HOW MUCH TIME SHOULD I GIVE MYSELF BEFORE CLASS?
We recommend arriving at the studio 10-15 minutes before your class. This way you’ll have time to check in, rinse off, and get your equipment set up. Oh, and of course, to chat with your classmates before the wet and wild fun begins.
WHAT IF I’M RUNNING LATE?
If you’re running a little behind, it always helps to call the studio and let the front desk know. At 4 minutes to class, we give any “no-show” bikes to guests on our waiting list. If the class isn’t sold out, we allow latecomers to grab a bike in the class up to 10 minutes after the start time; any later than that and the class credit will be forfeited.
DO YOU HAVE SHOWERS?
We have private stalls and community showers equipped with all the essentials so after class you can always plan on heading straight to work or happy hour.
WHAT KIND OF MUSIC IS IT?
Our instructors manage their playlists so each class has personal and fresh tunes. Expect upbeat hits from all genres and decades. If you’re looking for something in particular, keep your eyes peeled for themes classes. Always feel free to shoot a song request to your favorite instructor; you never know, it could be played in your next class!
IS THE POOL HEATED?
The pool is temperature-regulated to keep you cool enough to push through those sprints, but comfortable enough so you can dive right in and get to work.
WHAT DO I BRING?
You can bring your own non-slip, plastic water shoes and an extra towel if you need one. Every guest is given one towel at check-in, and a second towel can be rented at your request ($2). Water shoes are also available for rental ($1) or for purchase ($20). The studio provides water shoes complimentary for your trial lesson. We also recommend bringing a water bottle and a good attitude that’s ready for aquatic fun.
WHAT DO I WEAR?
Comfortable clothes that are made to get wet. You can wear your favorite swimsuit or sports attire, whatever you feel best in. We want you to be focused on your ride, not adjusting your workout wear.
IS IT SUITABLE FOR EVERY DAY?
You bet! Because these workouts are low impact, daily practice is not only safe but recommend. Thanks to hydrostatic pressure you’ll be able to shape and tone your body without sore joints or aching muscles.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We want everyone to have the chance to get on a bike. To do that, we ask that you cancel your class 24 hour in advance to receive a full refund. Any cancellations after that window will not be credited to your bank account.
CAN I SHARE CLASS PACKAGES/MEMBERSHIPS?
We’d love for you to bring your friends to class, but at this time memberships are limited to one person per package.
CAN I JUST DROP-IN?
Of course! We love it when you have time to swing in for a last-minute class. If you arrive and there’s a waiting list, you’ll be added to the list. You can deduct it from your account or purchase a single class when you get in the studio. Evening and weekend classes tend to be a hit, so we do recommend signing up for those in advance.
